UV Lacquers

UV-activated lacquers usually consist of UV-hardening resins ( monomers and oligomers), photoinitiators and additives and, in the case of coloured UV lacquers, additional pigments . They produce high-quality lacquer surfaces due to exposure to UV rays at certain wavelengths. UV lacquers with a high proportion of renewable raw materials round off the range in this product category.

UV lacquers are generally applied using rolling lines or in casting systems. In all cases, the coating is applied with a high degree of efficiency and features extremely high process efficiency. They are typically used for industrial coating of flat parts with a low profile depth and without edge coating.

Typical areas of application : Industrial application in the furniture, parquet and panel industries
